Is Ughoron Cloud free to start?+

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for one product and up to 5 users. You can upgrade to Growth whenever you outgrow it; nothing is lost in the move.

Can I run only one product?+

Absolutely. Most customers start with one — usually Workspace, Commerce, or Booking — and add others over the first quarter. Every product is independently useful.

Where is my data stored?+

By default in MainOne's Nigeria region. Enterprise customers can opt for EU (Frankfurt) or South Africa (Cape Town) regions, or on-premises for fully sovereign deployments.

What happens if the internet is down?+

Ughoron Cloud POS, attendance, and field-ops apps are offline-first. They keep working on cached state and sync automatically when the connection returns. We design for the realities of Nigerian power and bandwidth, not the absence of them.

Do you train my team?+

Yes. Every paid plan includes a one-hour onboarding for the team. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager, monthly business reviews, and on-site training when needed.

Can I export my data?+

Always. Every product has a one-click export to CSV / JSON / Parquet for your own data. We never hold your data hostage; we want you to stay because we earn it.

What's your security posture?+

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow NDPR and GDPR. SOC 2 Type II is in progress for late 2026. Penetration testing is conducted twice yearly by an independent third party.

Do you have an API?+

Yes. Every product ships with a REST API, webhooks, and a realtime channel. API keys are scoped per product per environment. Full docs are at api.ughoron.cloud.

Can I bring my own domain?+

Yes. Commerce storefronts, Booking widgets, and Living portals can be served on your own domain with automatic SSL.

Do you sponsor migration from other tools?+

On annual Growth and Enterprise plans, yes. We have one-click importers for QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, Shopify, Calendly, and most major estate-management platforms. Our team will run the migration with you.
