Can I really pay for just one app?+
Yes. Each app has its own pricing tiers, and you pay only for the apps you turn on. The Cloud Suite bundle exists for teams who want everything — it's roughly 30% cheaper than buying every app individually.
Is there a free tier?+
Every app has a free starter tier, and Workspace's Starter plan is free forever for the first 5 seats. You can run a real small business entirely on free tiers — we don't gate the essentials.
How is billing handled?+
All apps under a single workspace bill on the same monthly invoice, in Naira. Add and remove apps any time — pro-rated immediately. Annual plans get an additional 15% off.
Do you charge per user?+
Mostly no. Workspace, Finance, Living, Booking and Build price by workspace, location, unit, resource or project — not per seat. CRM is the one exception (per user) because that's how sales orgs think about it. Cloud Suite caps the total seats.
What about transaction fees?+
Commerce charges a small transaction fee on payments collected through us (1.4% on Stall, 0.9% on Shop, 0.5% on Chain). No transaction fees on anything else.
Can I migrate from QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho or Bumpa?+
Yes. We have one-click importers for QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Zoho Books and Bumpa, and our team will handle the migration end-to-end for Cloud Suite and Enterprise customers.
